Enjoy the mountain views from the front porch, dine in the cool of the evening on the screened porch, and take advantage of the endless scenic, recreational, cultural and historical activities within walking distance or a short drive.  Make sure to visit the historic Jefferson Pools and soak in the warm springs, with the temperature at 98 degrees year-round and enjoy a relaxing massage at the Warm Spirit Spa, located just across the street from the cottage.

There are many fine dining options nearby, including the world famous Homestead Resort in Hot Springs, Elliott's at Warm Springs Inn, and the excellent Waterwheel Restaurant and Simon Kenton Pub, just one hundred yards from the cottage.  Enjoy spectacular drives through the Allegheny Mountains or make Warm Springs your home base for wonderful day trips to many area wineries and the historic towns of Lexington, Staunton in Virginia and Lewisburg in West Virginia.
